International Tenants Day

Since 1986, International Tenants Day (ITD) has been celebrated annually in the first week of October.

ITD is used to promote and raise awareness of tenants’ right across the world.  Tenants Queensland is committed to improving the conditions for renters in our state and to make renting a secure and respected tenure.

We had around 20 people attend our Hawaiian themed BBQ lunch at the Zoo. We also got to play some fun games and have a look around at the animals in the Zoo! There was even a prize for the best dressed in Hawaiian costume, which was awarded to Michael! A big thank you to all those who attended to help make the day so enjoyable.
