Community & Affordable Housing
As a registered community and affordable housing provider, we offer a broad range of crisis, transitional and long-term social and affordable housing to help people and families to achieve stable housing and build a foundation for long-term wellbeing.
In addition to our core housing services, we partner with government agencies and other organisations to provide a range of wrap around services to help you to maintain your tenancy.

Rent to AnglicareCQ
A portion of community housing comes from private individuals and organisations who lease their properties, at market rent, to community housing providers like AnglicareCQ. If you are a property owner and are interested in no real estate fees, receiving rent one month in advance, and a guarantee that your property is returned in the same standard, allowing for fair wear and tear we would like to hear from you.

Support With Homelessness
If you are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless, AnglicareCQ can assist you and your family. We work with people in the community and in (temporary) crisis housing. This may involve ‘case management’, which means we provide more personal assistance in getting stable housing and long-term wellbeing and perhaps reconnecting with family and community.
